“You cannot prepare a more dependable treasure for your children than an education in the liberal arts.”

Martin Luther

Trinity Academy at Concordia University offers a classical liberal arts high school education, involving the study of foundational sources within an integrated curriculum that encourages students to pursue truth, goodness, and beauty.

Christ at the Center

Trinity Academy teaches a Biblical understanding of self, neighbor, and world. Our Lutheran confessions and the ecumenical creeds are rooted in Christ and in God’s Word.

Classical Education

Classical education promotes insightful understanding across all subject areas. By emphasizing logical thinking and great books, it trains both the head and the heart.

The Liberal Arts

The classical liberal arts provide a traditional model of education that seeks to develop knowledge, self-discipline, and virtue. It aims to cultivate flourishing Christians and thoughtful citizens.

“Trinity Academy is a contemporary version of the kind of education championed by Luther and Melanchthon:  a humane, stimulating, and life-shaping curriculum fully integrated with Christian catechesis.”

Dr. Gene Edward Veith
Author of Spirituality of the Cross

"In today's constantly-changing society, young students benefit most not from mastering a technology which will be outdated before their graduation, but from cultivating a robust identity which can not just weather the storms of life, but be a light to others amid the darkness. Rigorous education in the classical mode like Trinity aims to provide is a valuable part of that process, and promises to connect young students' growing sense of self to their true identity in Christ."

— Lyman Stone
Director of Research at Demographic Intelligence

“Trinity Academy at Concordia University holds great promise as a school committed to the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, the classical liberal arts, and Lutheran education. May the Lord graciously uphold the board, the faculty and staff, and every student in Christ Jesus.”
